What is health?
Health is when you go to bed,
What and when you eat and drink,
What you prioritize,
How you exercise,
What you choose to focus on and when,
Where and with whom you are,
How and when you meditate,
Etc. etc.
Health is discipline.
What is now?
Now is accepting the present,
Listening to and watching yourself
And everything around you as it is, as they are.
It’s doing things for their own sake,
Being fully aware,
Connecting with the universe,
In the now.
Now is freedom.
Discipline and freedom.
Choosing and letting go.
Acting and stillness.
Yin and Yang.
Discipline equals—or enables—or enhances—freedom.
Health and Now.
Now
