Believe that the universe is one being. All its parts are different expressions of the same source of energy and are all in constant communication and connection with each other, therefore, parts of one organic whole.
The parts change and pass, or die, people and races and rocks and stars, none of them seems to me important in itself, but only the whole.
This whole is so beautiful in all its parts and is felt so intensely in earnest that we are compelled to love it and think of it as divine.
It seems that this whole alone is worthy of deeper love and that there is peace, freedom, and even a kind of salvation.
We all may contribute, however subtly, to the beauty of things by making our own lives and environments as beautiful as we can. This includes moral beauty, one of humanity's qualities, though it seems not to appear elsewhere in the universe.
Each of us must realize that our contribution is unimportant; its success is not a matter of rejoicing nor its failure for mourning; the beauty of things is sufficient with or without us.
Happy people die the whole.
Integrity is wholeness.
Wholeness is beauty.
This whole is, in all its parts, so so beautiful.
